Rob is a partner at Garden City Equity. Heading up company operations, his personal purpose is helping leaders leave a legacy through remarkable organizational health and operational effectiveness.

Rob was the co-founder and President of Salesloft, one of Georgia's fastest-growing technology companies, three-time #1 Best Places To Work winner, and five-time Deloitte Technology Fast 500 winner. Salesloft was acquired by Vista Equity Partners in Dec 2021 for $2.3B.

Prior, he co-founded and was Chief Technology Officer of HireIQ, a call center hiring and machine learning analytics software company, which was acquired by Verint Systems. His first taste of the startup world came when he joined as an early employee of beTRUSTed, a security business that was acquired by Verizon Business to form its Security Solutions group.

Rob and his wife, Megan, live in Auburn, Alabama. They have 5 kids (3 through international adoption) where they similarly work to cultivate a vibrant, intentional, and loving family culture that honors God. He also serves on the board of several technology companies and nonprofits.
