Liz currently serves as the Executive Assistant to Michael Arrieta. She focuses on supporting Michael and is responsible for fulfilling all administrative needs. Liz also works closely with the Garden City team in ensuring that the needs of the team and the organization as well as its shareholders are met.

Liz has spent the last 18 years supporting Presidents, CEO’s, C-suite and management teams across an array of industries. She also has experience in supporting entrepreneurs and has a wealth of knowledge in providing executive support to busy leaders. Liz’s primary purpose is implementing structure, maintaining organization and managing the lives of those she supports. Prior industry experience includes private equity, healthcare, insurance and real estate.

Liz attended Penn State University and comes from a large family outside of Philadelphia, PA. She currently resides in Palm Beach Gardens, FL and enjoys traveling as well as spending time at the beach. She is an avid runner with a love for fashion and the Philadelphia Eagles. She is a member of Christ Fellowship Church.
