Kenneth H. Polk founded Arlington in 1998 and is the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer. Ken sets the strategic direction for the firm and leads the investment team that oversees $10B+ in asset under stewardship. Prior to founding Arlington, his professional career began at Deloitte in tax. Ken graduated from Lipscomb University with a degree in accounting and while in college attained the investment securities license. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Financial Planner (CFP).  He serves on the Board for two non-profit organizations focused on leadership development. Ken is married and has four children.
