As Chief Relationship Officer at Garden City, Travis Heriaud leads with a deep passion for people and partnership. He focuses on cultivating authentic relationships across the Garden City ecosystem—investors, founders, operators, and communities—ensuring that each connection is grounded in trust and long-term impact.

Beyond Garden City, Travis is the Founder and Board Member of both Zenith Bank and Arc Media, where he continues to shape organizations at the intersection of finance, media, and community engagement.

Before these ventures, Travis spent the majority of his career building and leading one of the largest McDonald’s franchise organizations in the United States, scaling it into a $100M+ enterprise. He also served in leadership roles within the broader McDonald’s system, including as Chairman of the U.S. McDonald’s Marketing Budget, where he guided national brand strategy and cross-market alignment.

Travis holds degrees from Creighton University and the Scottsdale Culinary Institute, and is currently pursuing his Master’s degree at Phoenix Seminary. His most important ministry, however, is his family—his wife Kristen, their daughter Tatum, and their sons Kipton and Kellan. His career and calling reflect a consistent theme: building thriving organizations and communities through relationships, stewardship, and vision.
